[OPINION] เอาไงดี !? 5 ทางออกของ พรีเมียร์ลีก หลังเจอวิกฤติ COVID-19

โควิด-19 ได้ส่งผลต่อกิจกรรมแทบทุกอย่างในตอนนี้ของมนุษย์โลกจึงเป็นเรื่องธรรมดาที่ พรีเมียร์ลีก อังกฤษจะต้องเจอผลกระทบไปด้วย

เบื้องต้น พรีเมียร์ลีก ประกาศเลื่อนการแข่งขันไปจนถึงช่วงต้นเดือนเมษายน แต่ด้วยสถานการณ์ที่ไม่น่าจะคลี่คลายในเร็ววันจนยังแข่งไม่ได้ จึงมีคำถามว่าทางออกที่ดีที่สุดจะเป็นแบบไหนกันแน่?

เลื่อนวันแข่งขันออกไปอีกและแข่งต่อจนจบ

นี่คือแผนที่หลายฝ่ายอยากให้เกิดขึ้นมากที่สุดซึ่งคงเป็นไปได้มากกว่านี้ถ้าหากเหลือการแข่งขันเพียง 2-3 นัดเท่านั้น

แต่สิ่งที่จะกระทบทันทีก็คือเวลาวันปิดฤดูกาลก็จะเลื่อนไปเรื่อยๆ และก็จะไปส่งผลกับทั้งเรื่องสัญญานักเตะ, โปรแกรมทีมชาติและตลาดนักเตะรวมถึงฤดูกาลใหม่ด้วย

อย่างไรก็ตามนอกจากจะมีเรื่องยุ่งยากในตลาดนักเตะแล้ว การที่แต้ม ลิเวอร์พูล ทิ้งห่างเกินก็อาจจะทำให้ทีมอื่นลุ้นด้วยยากจนความสนุกหายไป

เช่นเดียวกันกับทีมในโซนตกชั้นก็คงไม่อยากเริ่มด้วยความเสียเปรียบด้วยช่องว่างกับทีมอื่นๆ มากขนาดนี้ด้วย

สิ่งที่ต้องระวังก็คือต้องมีการตรวจเช็คนักกีฬาและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในสนามว่าไม่มีการติดเชื้อแน่ๆ ก่อน ไม่อย่างนั้นนี่ก็จะกลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีการแพร่เชื้อในหมู่นักเตะก็เป็นได้

COVID-19: 35 peratus skuad Valencia dijangkiti

Valencia mengesahkan 35 peratus saringan wabak koronavirus baru (COVID-19) yang dijalankan ke atas individu berkaitan kelab itu adalah positif.

Semalam, kelab Sepanyol itu mengakui terdapat lima kes wabak berkenaan berjangkit dalam kalangan pemain dan kakitangan skuad utama selepas Ezequiel Garay, Jose Gaya dan Eliaquim Mangala mengesahkan saringan mereka.

Saringan lanjut di kelab itu mengesahkan “beberapa” kes lagi selepas bulan lalu — termasuk Rabu lalu ketika mereka bertemu Atalanta di Itali, negara Eropah paling teruk terjejas dengan pandemik berkenaan.

Valencia merumuskan mereka mempunyai kadar saringan positif sebanyak 35 peratus sejak menghadapi Atalanta di Milan — wilayah yang dilabel sebagai berisiko tinggi untuk dijangkiti wabak itu — pada 19 Februari lalu.

Menurut satu kenyataan yang diterbitkan kelab itu semalam: “Beberapa ujian lanjut terhadap COVID-19 dalam kalangan barisan kejurulatihan dan pemain Valencia adalah positif.

“Kesemua kes tidak menunjukkan sebarang gejala dan mereka yang terlibat kini dikuarantin di rumah, diberikan ubat dan mengikut panduan latihan yang telah diberikan kepada mereka.

“Walaupun prosedur ketat telah diketengahkan oleh kedua-dua kelab itu dalam perlawanan Liga Juara-Juara (UCL) menentang Atalanta di Milan pada 19 Februari — wilayah yang disahkan sebagai ‘berisiko tinggi’ oleh pihak berkuasa Itali, sehari kemudian — termasuk menjarakkan antara skuad dengan pekerja kelab mahupun orang awam, keputusan terkini menunjukkan bahawa perlawanan itu terdedah kepada wabak tersebut dengan kadar saringan positif sekitar 35 peratus.”

Dengan Sepanyol mengenakan perintah kawalan pergerakan, perlawanan LaLiga sebelum ini termasuk hujung minggu ini ditunda.

Sebanyak 9,682 kes COVID-19 melibatkan 342 kematian dilaporkan di Sepanyol.

Direktur Olahraga Aston Villa Nilai Liverpool Pantas Juarai Liga Inggris 2019-2020

BIRMINGHAM – Liga Inggris 2019-2020 terpaksa dihentikan untuk sementara waktu karena wabah virus corona (Covid-19). Penangguhan itu mengancam peluang Liverpool untuk menjadi juara Liga Inggris padahal mereka ada di puncak klasemen sementara.

Ada beberapa pihak yang ingin Liga Inggris musim ini dibatalkan sehingga tidak ada juara atau degradasi-promosi. Selanjutnya, kompetisi akan dimulai sejak awal lagi pada musim depan. Akan tetapi, hal itu bukanlah sesuatu yang ada di pikiran Direktur Olahraga Aston Villa, Jesus Garcia Pitarch.

Garcia menilai Liverpool layak dinobatkan sebagai juara Liga Inggris jika musim ini dihentikan. Pasalnya, keunggulan poin Liverpool dari penghuni posisi dua amatlah jauh. Liverpool unggul 25 poin dari sang juara bertahan Manchester City yang ada di bawahnya.

Garcia menilai soal juara Liga Inggris tidak terlalu jadi pokok masalah. Masalah yang lebih besar adalah bagaimana menentukan tim-tim yang lolos ke kompetisi Eropa pada musim depan. Apalagi, perebutan posisi dua hingga keempat masih cukup ketat.

Lyon President Applies Karren Brady’s Logic When Suggesting Fair Way to Conclude the Season

Should the football season be written off completely? Do we extend it into the summer? Can we just take the final league positions as they are now?

It’s low on a list of priorities all things considered right now, but the coronavirus crisis has left the footballing authorities with some big questions to answer on how best to conclude the campaign.

Fortunately, Lyon owner and president Jean-Michel Aulas has come up with the perfect, sporting, sensible, and not-at-all biased solution to fix what had seemed an unsolvable problem.

Writing on Twitter about what he considers the fairest way to finish the Ligue 1 season, Aulas said: “According to specialists, there is another solution: the historical classification over 3 years or 5 years?

“But the best solution would be to finish the championship but it will be more and more difficult.”

The Lyon chairman is suggesting that if the season cannot be finished, then club’s league position for this season should be determined by their average league position of the past three seasons.

Lyon currently sit seventh in Ligue 1, nine points off Lille in the final Europa League spot, and 10 points off Rennes in the final Champions League place.

Should they fail to bridge that gap, it would leave the club without European football for the first time since 2001.

Alternatively – putting Aulas’ genius plan into action – Lyon’s average finishes in the last three seasons would leave them third in the league and miraculously gift them Champions League football for next season.

Isn’t it funny how that works out?

Similarly, Lyon’s women’s team, who Aulas pumps considerable money and resources into, currently lead Division 1 Feminine by three points. Having won the league for the past three seasons, they would regain their crown.

Aulas’ plans regarding a potentially voided season around three quarters of the way through it are similar to those put forward by West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady.

Writing in her column in The Sun, Brady said: “As games in both the Premier League and in the EFL are affected, the only fair and reasonable thing to do is declare the whole season null and void.

“Who knows who would have gone down or come up if the games have not actually been played in full?”

So that’s the plan – Champions League football for Lyon, Premier League football for West Ham, no long-awaited title for Liverpool, no promotion, and Bolton Wanderers survive relegation to League Two despite being 21 points from safety.

Fair’s fair and everyone’s happy, right?

世界卫生组织此前曾表示，新型冠状病毒的疫苗研制可能需要长达18个月的时间，高桥认为推迟两年将符合疫苗推出的最后期限。根据国际奥委会委员的意见和主办城市的合同，判断奥运会能否正常举行的最后期限预计将在5月底。国际奥委会是决定一项赛事是否照常举办的主要因素，但日本奥组委的意见同样重要。

Rooney hạ quyết tâm trở thành Sir Alex 2.0

Tiền đạo Wayne Rooney đặt mục tiêu trở thành một HLV xuất sắc như Sir Alex Ferguson từng làm trong tương lai.

Wayne Rooney lúc này đang chơi bóng cho CLB Derby County, anh cũng kiêm nhiệm luôn vai trò của một trợ lý HLV tại đội bóng này, Rooney muốn được học hỏi thật nhiều kinh nghiệm quản lý, các chiến thuật của các HLV khác nhau.

COVID-19: Presiden bola sepak Switzerland positif selepas hadiri sidang UEFA

PRESIDEN Persatuan Bolasepak Switzerland (SFV), Dominique Blanc, diuji positif wabak koronavirus baru (Covid-19), kurang daripada dua minggu selepas menghadiri pertemuan Persatuan Bolasepak Eropah (UEFA) di samping pemimpin-pemimpin bola sepak Eropah.

Pertemuan Jawatankuasa Eksekutif UEFA itu turut membabitkan Presiden Persekutuan Bolasepak Croatia, Davor Suker, dan Presiden Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Nasser Al-Khelaifi, di Amsterdam pada 2 Mac

Presiden berusia 70 tahun itu menerima keputusan ujiannya semalam lalu dikuarantin di rumahnya manakala ibu pejabat SFV ditutup sehingga diberitahu kelak.

“Pada masa ini saya berasa selesa. Saya hanya mengalami gejala selesema ringan,” kata Blanc dalam satu kenyataan di laman sesawang rasmi SFV.

Persib Bandung vs PSS, Pelatih Keluhkan Kondisi Stadion Si Jalak Harupat

BANDUNG – Persib Bandung melanjutkan tren positif mereka musim ini saat menjamu PSS Sleman di pekan ketiga Liga 1 2020, Minggu 15 Maret 2020. Sempat tertinggal lebih dulu, Maung Bandung –julukan Persib– menang tipis 2-1 lewat gol Goffrey Castillion dan Wander Luiz.

Pelatih Persib, Robert Rene Alberts pun mengaku puas dengan kinerja timnya di laga tersebut. Tiga angka di laga kandang kali ini memantapkan posisi Persib di puncak klasemen sementara dengan koleksi sembilan poin.

Tidak hanya itu, sang pelatih juga gembira lantaran kemenangan atas skuad Super Elang Jawa –julukan PSS Sleman– kali ini menjadi kado manis dari ulang tahun Persib Bandung ke-87.

Namun, di sisi lain ada hal yang membuatnya sedikit kecewa di laga kontra PSS akhir pekan kemarin. Pelatih berpaspor Belanda itu menyayangkan kondisi lapangan di Stadion Si Jalak Harupat. Menurut Rene Alberts, timnya bisa saja bermain lebih baik andai rumput lapangan dalam kondisi prima.

Virgil van Dijk Admits Winning the Premier League Without Fans Would Be a ‘Blow’

Virgil van Dijk has admitted that Liverpool don’t want to have to win the Premier League without fans in attendance, but look forward to celebrating with the supporters regardless of the circumstances.

The Reds’ title prospects have been cast into doubt amid the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, with English football postponed until at least 3 April.

It means they will have to wait to secure the points they need to secure their maiden title. However, there remains doubt over whether they will get to do so at all with the prospect of the season being voided a possibility.

If and when the season does resume, however, there remains a strong possibility it will do so behind closed doors, meaning Liverpool’s inevitable title win may well come with no fans in attendance. That’s an eventuality Van Dijk would like to avoid, as he admits he’d be ‘gutted’ for the fans to miss out.

”No one wants to play games without the fans,” the 28-year-old said, as quoted by the BBC.

“If we won it in an empty stadium and the fans weren’t there, I’d be gutted for them. Obviously, if there are no fans at Anfield, then it will be a bit of a blow.

“Until a decision is made on how we go on from here, then we just have to deal with it. But when it happens, we are still bringing the title to our fans, definitely.”

The Dutchman’s words mirror those of his manager Jurgen Klopp, who said last week that playing in front of an empty stadium would be disappointing, but that football comes second to public health.

“Of course, we don’t want to play in front of an empty stadium and we don’t want games or competitions suspended,” Klopp said. “But if doing so helps one individual stay health – just one – we do it no questions asked.”
